This has been my go-to place for many years. Not anymore! A friend was watching my dogs play on the camera and noticed a worker aggressively spraying dogs in the face with a spray bottle as they entered all day play in the morning. I can understand using a spray bottle to break up fights, but to do it closely in the face as they first enter seems a little much. I mentioned it to the staff and I was told they have their reasons for the way they correct certain behaviors, then I was invited to find another place to take my dogs. I have mentioned this encounter to other dog owners I know who take their dogs to Wag and they mentioned TONS of crappy customer service issues they had and two people mentioned their dogs toys come back soaked in pee after boarding stays, on multiple occasions. One person even knows an employee and was told the dogs who are boarded and not in all day play don't get evening potty breaks (unless you pay for it). So they are locked in from 4:00pm to 8:00 am. Which is why they end up having accidents in their kennel. An evening potty break should be included and it's BEYOND unacceptable that its not. Makes since why my friends dogs toys kept coming back pee soaked. Wag appears to have the nicest facility in town, but my advice, after hearing all I heard and from my last encounter with them, is to remember the old saying "AN APPLE CAN BE SHINY ON THE OUTSIDE BUT TOTALLY ROTTEN INSIDE".
